Automated Line for Deposited Butter Biscuits Production

The dough for deposited shortbread biscuits is prepared in dough-kneader with Z-blades or in planetary mixer. Biscuits forming is performed on depositing machine. Our biscuit depositing machine is designed to produce a wide variety of shapes according to standard changeable kit of nozzles. 

Multifunctional depositors can work in two modes: depositing and continuous rope forming with the following wire cut. Our depositors offer precise depositing and gentle handling of different types of doughs.

Our machines are equipped with touch-screen control panel. Biscuit parameters can be modified in order to obtain the desired biscuit size and shape.
The various control buttons are accompanied by self comprehensive symbols in order to facilitate the operator.
