Pectin-based zephyr producing joint testing was carried in the beginning of the February at "Bekovskiy RPK Oktyabr". The experts of the food production facility and "Akmalko Engineering" company worked on the technology of continuous zephyr manufacturing with demo aerating machine. "Bekovskiy RPK Oktyabr" is using the batch-producing of zephyr now.
