The experts of "Akmalko Engineering" company in partnership with Voronezh State University of Engineering Technologies performed a test of the aerated bread producing innovative technology. The testing was based on experimental-industrial mixer( University) and specialized mobile aerating equipment ("Akmalko Eng."). The experiment success was provided by aerating equipment able to support the required aerating modes.
