Automated line for production of pralines
This equipment is used for production of candies with the centers made of marzipan, persipan, praline and other high in fat confectionery masses. The line includes:
- Machine for mass preparation;
- Extruder;
- Cooling tunnel;
- Cutting device.
Praline mass is kneaded thoroughly to even texture. To blend the mass it must be mixed with fat. Depending on a recipe at this stage the following ingredients are being added:
- Nut kernels;
- Crisp sheets;
- High-boiled sugar mass.
