Australian brand Swisse Me has launched a line of vegan protein balls, enriched not only with protein, but also with fiber, beneficial bacteria and botanicals (such as nut butter and exotic maitake mushroom). Protein balls are the perfect on-the-go snack, available in four flavors: cocoa and hazelnuts, cinnamon and almonds, raspberries and chio, matcha and cocoa, according to the company.

And the British brand NOMO has released the world's first nut-free chocolate, especially for consumers suffering from allergies. According to studies, 78% of such people avoid buying sugary foods for fear that they may contain nuts, while feeling deprived. The new Nomo Chocolate Bar will allow allergic shoppers to enjoy the flavor and texture of hazelnuts without any risk.


The Dutch brand Fruit Forest is also rapidly gaining popularity with its growing range of natural and healthy vegan snacks. For example, their crunchy sweet balls are made from extruded rice and quinoa mixed with fruit pieces and sunflower seeds, available in two flavors - apple and raspberry.
